Spring is in the air! Flowers and trees begin to blossom, days are getting longer and some of us even have the courage to do a spring cleaning. Next to that it’s time to change our wardrobe. In this blogpost, we present you the most striking trends of spring 2018.
1. Let’s start with some pastels

2. Now it’s the ruffles turn
Ruffles are everywhere. They can brighten up your sleeves, your pant legs or neckline. What do you think of beautiful clothing items?
3. Polka dots everywhere
After doing some fashion-homework (our favorite!) we bumped into this trend: the polka dot! The huge fall ‘17 trend trickles into spring! The timeless trend got a modern update for this spring. So your closet will have a nice and cheerful note! This timeless classic brings you back to the 50’s elegance and the unforgettable style icons Audrey Hepburn and Marilyn Monroe. You can combine this style with every-single-thing. The rules for a dotty outfit are: there are no rules!
Maxime shows us how it’s done!
Here are some other dotted items!
4. Dark denim
Look what’s back… Dark denim, in all its glory! Denim has always been present in everyone’s closet (and we wrote another blog post about it as well!). Now, the question is: are we going to break up with our favourite vintage light-wash Levi’s? Of course not! This is just a very pretty alternative to it. Dark denim looks more chique and has more aesthetics, and can be worn as a evening outfit like Rihanna and Margot Robbie did.
And what do you think of these denim pieces?
5. Lila love!
As seen on almost every catwalk, lilac and lavender are becoming the next IT-colors. You can find them in every possible form: t-shirt, dress, pants and yes, even underwear! Blake Lively already set the trend at The Late Night Show, now it’s up to you to conquer the world in it! We already picked out some of our favorites. You can go on the streets in a full-lilac-outfit without looking like a giant easter egg. So layer it on girl!
As we love lila, here’s some more inspiration:
